Marmite was left behind when his family moved. He waited at the empty house for three weeks, fed by a neighbour who eventually called us. He's forgiven everyone; gingers don't hold grudges.
He is a magnificent, easy-going lump of a cat — brush him weekly, feed him promptly, and he'll follow you around the house talking about his day.
You either are or aren't a big-orange-cat person. If you are, you already know, and Marmite is the finest example of the breed we've ever had.
