Biscuit arrived after his family emigrated and couldn't take him along. He spent his first week convinced they were coming back, and his second week deciding the volunteers would do just fine instead.
He is a classic beagle: led entirely by his nose, thrilled by every walk, and convinced that every pocket contains food. He walks well on a lead, sits for treats, and has never met a person he didn't like.
Biscuit needs a garden with decent fencing (beagles follow their noses over, under and through) and a family that will take him along on adventures. In exchange you get the happiest face on the West Rand.
Good with: Kids, Other dogs. Adoption fee: R950 — it covers sterilisation, vaccinations, deworming and a microchip.
